May.

A wee update.
Went on a departmental trip to Longannet Power Station. No photos allowed!

Ran my first triathlon at Bishopbriggs. Went out to Viper to celebrate. Came 23rd out of 85 in the novice category.

Back playing in the Glasgow Touch Leagues last night. Unbeknown to me beforehand, some bright spark decided to double the length of the matches this year. Ended up playing 120 minutes, (3 games).

Helping Dad mark lambs back home on the farm. "Marking" involves dosing and immunising each lamb against a variety of diseases. Yey! Along with castrating and docking their tails. Good husbandry, I can assure you. Great physical work in blazing sunshine.

Cycled out to Balloch and Loch Lomond, also in the blazing sunshine. Rolled up the cargo shorts, and went for a wee paddle in the loch, and found a wee secluded beach, with the big Ben taking my breath away in the background.

Feels like summer, and renewal.

Around the world in 80 trades

How good was that last night.

Dude sold tequila from Mexico in Brazil, and sustainable teak from Brazil in England, making a profit overall of about £25k, plus the jade he picked up in Asia could be worth another 10 to 15k at auction over here.

I wish Id started to watch this show earlier. That was the last episode, but Im gonna have to catch up on the rest now, expecially since The Appentice has jumped the shark so spectacularly.
It was low on ego and bullshit, heavy on adventure and honesty. Conor Woodman is a dude
